Cheesy Bread

This recipe comes from Michele {tyler's mom!} and it is flippin' delicious!! It makes a really good side dish, or even a snack. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

*Unlike the other dishes I have prepared, I didn't intend on fixing this. I saw the can of biscuits and decided to have some fun! The recipe isn't set in stone.. as long as you have cheese, ranch dressing, and biscuits, you can tweak it as need!*

Ingredients:
1 large bottle of ranch dressing
1 bag of the "pizza" cheese (cheddar & mozzarella, what was handy)
4 cans of biscuits (the small ones) (1 large can of 8 count biscuits)
note: 4 cans of bisquits cover a 9x13 glass pan (approx. 32 rolls)

Preperation:
preheat oven to 350
spray glass baking pan with cooking spray
poor ranch dressing in a plate, and cheese on a plate
flatten out bisquits, so they look like mini pancakes

Directions:
place each side of bisquit in ranch dressing, covering generously
place one side of the bisquit in cheese
roll the bisquit up so the cheesy side is inside the roll you've just created
place in greased glass pan, packing each roll tightly together
*optional: spread the remaining cheese and ranch over top for extra goodness!
bake until the tops get a little brown (watch carefully)

Overall I probably cooked the cheesy bread for around 15 minutes, give or take. Checking ever so often is important because the top may start to brown but the centers are usually still doughy! Best of luck too anyone who tries this scrumptious snack or side dish!!
