For The Hunter {or hunter's wife} *updated*

"Living life is like putting the beach into a jar. The point wasn't to fit everything in; it was to attend to the most important things first - the big, beautiful rocks - the most valuable people and experiences - and fit the lesser things in around them.
Otherwise, the best things might get left out. "

Wild Turkey Nuggets

Needed:

*breast from a wild turkey (or store bought turkey breasts- used in this tutorial)
*i bought a pack of four... approx. enough to feed two or three*
*House of Autry: Chicken Breader
 *Italian dressing

1) cut up turkey breast into nuggets
2) marinate in italian dressing, longer the better
i have buddies who will let their nuggets sit in the italian dressing in the fridge for several days. i typically do 8-24 hours.

3) take "nuggets" out of dressing, then place in the chicken breader
4) put in deep fryer until golden brown, approx. 3-5 minutes!

YUM! Enjoy :)
